Lease Preparation & Signing

Our lease is prepared and reviewed by a trusted Texas real estate attorney and includes multiple addendum to protect you, your property and your resident.

Move-in Coordination

For your and your resident’s safety, we take pictures of the house when they first move in. To make sure the new resident feels at home in their new residence, we supervise the entire move-in process.

Live Agent Phone Service

Our team of professionals works to promptly respond to inquiries, prequalify potential buyers, and organize showings for your property.

Resident Welcome Gift

Who doesn’t like a nice surprise? To give your residents their first satisfying experience in their new home, we provide a welcome gift.

Eviction Protection Plan

We understand the challenges that come with evicting a tenant. With the Eviction Protection Plan, you pay a small monthly fee, and we pay the legal fees (amount determined by your property management team) related to unlawful detainer suits.

Tenant Replacement Protection

We don’t want you to experience the stress of having a tenant walk away - leaving you with an empty property, no rent, and the expense of finding a new tenant. If we place a tenant with you and that tenant vacates your property in less than six months, we will place a new qualified tenant at no additional cost.

Rented in 29 Days Plan

We understand how important turnaround is to you and your bottom line. If we don’t rent your property in 29 days or less (when following the recommendations of your Real Property Management team), you will receive a discount on your first month’s management fee.
