No, we do not hold properties before receiving an application. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Once your application is approved, you will need to pay a holding fee, which serves as earnest money to secure the property.
After your application is approved, you are required to pay the security deposit as a holding fee and then pay the first month’s rent five days before your scheduled move-in date.
You must be at least 18 years old to apply. All occupants aged 18 and over must complete a rental application.
The refundability of the security deposit depends on certain conditions.
A co-signer may be necessary if the primary applicant does not meet the minimum rental requirements.
You can apply directly on our website. Be sure to include a copy of your driver’s license and proof of income. Every adult aged 18 and over must submit a complete application before processing can begin.
Rent can be paid online through your tenant portal.
Rent is due on the 1st of every month.
Rent is considered late if not received by the 4th of the month. Late fees will apply if payment is made on or after the 4th.
